Sounds like an adventure its good to see and hear your doing good. Not to sound like your Mom but be careful on how many of those you do in a year they can Jack You Up. especially if your not eating right. You know what coach says. Eating most important for success on long ride.
Unless your just a Mutant, then just go for it.
Once again glad to hear things are good.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and Jen.
See Ya
John H.

Hi Norm,

Now that my body and mind have recovered, it seems less bad than I remember. Your promise of less tussocks for next year is already luring me to thinking of punishing myself again.

Thanks for organising the event; the gravel and trail riding were excellent fun and the bacon sandwich was pure magic at the end.

Lars

So amazed by anyone who would EVER do something like this. Live on and stay strong.
